You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us.
How to do it?
1. Generate a return voucher
To request a return, please go to the My Account / My Orders page.
Click on the “Return an item” button for the order in question.
Check the item(s) to be returned, specify the reason for the return and the type of return desired (credit, exchange or refund), then click on “Confirm your return request”.
You can then download your return slip to slip inside the package as well as a prepaid Colissimo label allowing you to post your package (Metropolitan France only, at the rate of one return shipment per order. If you wish to make a second return, this second shipment will be at your expense)
2. Sending the return package
If you live in mainland France
Return costs are free for our customers residing in mainland France.
You can also download your prepaid Colissimo label in My account / My return requests.
Stick the left side of the label on your return package and drop off your package at La Poste.
Please note: You can request that your package be collected by La Poste directly from your mailbox. If you'd like to use this service, click here and follow the instructions.
If you live outside Metropolitan France
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using standard Colissimo delivery.
For people living outside mainland France, return orders must be sent by tracked parcel to the following address:

3. Processing your return
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return slip.
In the absence of a return slip, Indies will not be able to accept this return.
You can track the progress of your return in the My Account / My Returns section:
Package Received: your package has been received by our logistics team.
Please note: there is sometimes a delay between the time La Poste indicates that we have received your package and the time your return status changes to "Package Received." This delay corresponds to the time it takes to unpack and inspect your package.
Return completed: your return has been processed (you will also receive an email).
Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted and you will have to pay a fixed fee of €8 for reshipment.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process it according to the option chosen:
- Exchange: If you have opted for an exchange, we will send you the new part(s) as soon as we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track the delivery of your new item.
- Credit: If you have chosen a credit, a discount voucher corresponding to the amount of the returned item(s) will be generated on your account. This credit is valid for 1 year only on our online store and can be used on all our products, even those on sale. However, it cannot be combined with other loyalty vouchers. For any questions, our customer service is at your disposal.
- Refund: If you have requested a refund, it will be processed within 4 to 5 working days after receipt and validation of your return (excluding weekends and public holidays). This period may be extended during busy periods (sales).
The statutory right of withdrawal and the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee do not apply to items made to specific customer requirements or to clearly personalized items. In the event of a refund, return the new item(s) in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories (belts, etc.) and the return slip.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Indies is required to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days. Return shipping costs and risks associated with returning the product are in all cases the responsibility of the customer. Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled due to the customer's actions will not be refunded.
