I live in overseas territories (DOM-TOM), do I have to pay for shipping?

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are absent during delivery, our carrier will attempt to leave your parcel in your mailbox or deliver it to your building concierge if possible.

If you selected delivery with signature and are not at home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will need to go to the indicated location with the delivery notice and a valid ID to collect your parcel.

You then have 14 days to collect it; after this period, the parcel will be returned to us.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

There is an error in my parcel—what should I do?

We take great care in preparing your orders, but exceptionally, mistakes can happen.

In this case, you have 14 days from the delivery date to download your return label and return your order.

Once the parcel is received at our warehouse, you will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days.
